My Etsy Picks: I Heart Stuff!

My Etsy Picks this week is from the Vintage Collection - except for the heart-shaped bath bombs, which are absolute eye-candy. I just had to include those pretty pink hearts at the right bottom corner. So most of these are old stuff  in the shape of hearts or carry irresistible heart prints which can make anyone smile or feel in love.

I seriously LOVE the coffee mugs, both them are super-cute, don't you agree? I also want the Moschino purse, the belt in canary yellow, the cut-out hearts sweater and tee, those warm cherry red sweaters, and the babydoll dress with PeterPan collar.  Oh, I'm absolutely happy with these picks!  I'm excited to know which ones you like.  So, if you have a moment, please tell me by leaving a comment =)  And yes, you can click on the shop name to check out your faves.  Thanks!

Wallflower: Colorful Vs Black & Grey

Hello. I hope you've all had a great weekend. My Sunday had been wonderful. I was out the whole day which is very invigorating - the sun wasn't too strong and the weather was fairly cool. Spent the entire morning with my hubby and later in the evening, we finally got to see the film version of the musical Les Miserables. It made me want to read the novel again. I have read it a few years back and even then I cried buckets. Yes, I did cry in the theater.  The songs were amazing. There's a huge difference reading the printed page and with the story being told through songs. How spectacular it must be to watch the theatrical play!  Have you seen Les Mis?  Which adaptation did you see?

In the afternoon, I was with So and we managed to take some shots (using my phone) of our outfits that day in-between walks and conducting studies. How I wish I had taken my Canon with me.

 On Me:
vintage dotted cardigan (thrifted)
grey floral dress from a local boutique / Label: "For Me"
vintage leather cross body bag in peach/ Label: ANS (thrifted)

On Her:
lavender turtle neck sweater
vintage corduroy jacket (thrifted)
vintage floral skirt (thrifted)
super cute polka dot shoes (local shop)

We wore very contrasting styles that day. She's wearing tops in pastel colors and a vibrant printed skirt while I was wearing a black polka dot blazer over a grey dress. Our common denominator? We both had on vintage pieces that we got at practically a steal and we are smiling :)
